Napoli could let Osimhen go for a slightly lower fee, and he is likely to join one of the Premier League teams. Manchester United and Arsenal are likely to compete fiercely for Osimhen signature, with time Chelsea may no longer be interested in Osimhen. PSG are a team that could join the competition, financially they certainly wouldn't mind. Actualy, Napoli will have to cash in on Osimhen in the summer transfer window, as his contract expires in June 2026, meaning the player can leave for free after that.
I think the reason for the drop in Osimhen’s market value will be because of the issue surrounding his move to Galatasaray and the kind of deal Napoli is offering. I see no other reason for the drop because despite the circumstances around his move he has being performing well for Galatasaray. It is good news that Napoli are finally deciding to reduce his price tag, this will make it easy for interested clubs to make a deal for his services in the summer.
