As a newly promoted club, Cesc Fabregas' statistics are quite good in Serie A. Compared to when he was in Serie B, this season Cesc Fabregas has done a great job.
60% in Serie B and only 23% in Serie A. If the club owner trusts this project to the former Arsenal mainstay by supporting enough money to buy players, then next season I believe that Como can be better than this season.

Cesc Fabregas is trying to do his best as a technical director. I also think that competing with big teams in Italy with Como in this new career will give him great technical experience. If he is at the helm again next year, he can be much more successful with Como. Because he will know the team well and the players' situation in the best way.
