I must admit that, Fàbregas is really doing a fantastic job with the Como team he's managing, someone who is just coaching in the Italian team for the first time and now see where he has taken the team to and even without the big name players, let alone when he's given the finances to buy players of his choice. I believe we may witness a situation where Como will be so fears as a team in the Italian Serie A race and even across Europe because Fab is a skilled player then, and implementing what he knows well in this his coaching career will be something that will be fantastic.
Como is a team who get funded a lot of money, their market value change before get promoted to Serie A and now is 240%. They also sign many good players, instead of signing small teams players like Parma, or mediocre players from big teams in Serie A like Venezia.Como choose to sign La Liga's players, as we can see they perform.
Serie A is less competitive compared to Premier League, La Liga and Bundesliga, I think the next teams who get promoted to Serie A should sign players from those leagues I mentioned before.
