I would have to agree with you that considering the condition of League One and the lack of competitiveness of most clubs PSG will certainly win the League. I was very disappointed with the performance of Olympique de Marseille. With the hiring of Roberto De Zerbi, many sports pundits and fans predicted that PSG would face stiff competition. He came in and bought a few players and we were all expectant. They were doing well at the beginning of the season until they began to drop in performance.

The English Premier League is more competitive than the French League. Aston Villa might be seen as the weakest but PSG might find it difficult to beat them. I think Liverpool's quality reduced that was why PSG qualified for the quarterfinals.
The focus of Luis Enrique can now defeat Aston Villa because we know that British representatives are a team that plays more pressing and their style of play is also quite hard that will force PSG a little difficult to compensate. In strength the two teams are also not too different so it is difficult to predict the match because it could be a match for the first leg will end in a draw. But PSG will be far more favored because beating Liverpool is not easy but they do it well and not solely because of Liverpool's declining quality.

In Ligue 1 there are not many challenges that might be received by PSG so that they can focus much more focus on facing Aston Villa and if it successfully defeated Aston Villa in the first leg it will be much easier when visiting Aston Villa's headquarters in the second leg later.
