Right from when Op first posted on their thread, I knew OP could have some evidence. For Betkin not to respond or resolve this till now, are we sure they will? I am afraid it might not end well because it seems that the real reps of Betkin are not in this forum.
The representative already alerted the team to address this issue; if they ignore this complaint, the review campaign is pretty useless as this issue will stand out and will define the status of the casino. Until this is resolved, it's better for people to have second thoughts of playing at this casino.
Betkin is making round not because of their features but because of how their marketing man manage the campaign and now this complaint.
