I have made a withdrawal request of $100 LTC but it was rejected. Please look into the issue. Maybe it is because it is my first cashout but this should not have happened.

Maybe check the rollover requirement first, that might be the problem. Free funds always need a rollover, you can find it under all the options on the upper right corner. I would be more clear where to find it but at the moment I can log into my account cause I took a break from BC.
Anyway, there is a rollover tab that tells you how much you have to wager for bonuses, deposits and other free funds.
No, there is nothing. You can check the screenshot. They would not have let me cashedout in the first place if that was the case.
I thought of capturing the cashout process in the video (it would have been good) but they asked for a phone number and at that point I had to stop recording and did all steps without recording.
