I think it is possible, the connection to some casinos and some other websites can be affected if the person uses a browser that has some kind of extensions added to it. It will also be true that a device with very poor internet connection will not have the same experience on the website as one with very excellent connection.

Chrome is the only browser I use so far and it is still the best. I have used Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Opera but I am still comfortable with Chrome because I am familiar with their UI.
