If we are being totally honest here, it seems you were economical with the truth in your initial post.
You omitted a key point of context that was necessary to understand Sportsbet did not do anything wrong by closing your account. You left them with no choice because it was you that informed them you wanted to self exclude. As for the other part you mentioned, they claim they did send emails but you claimed to have not received them until you mentioned that you receive them.
On that basis, there is no need for anybody to investigate which party is lying or telling the truth or what happened because the only part that interests most of us in this thread is for you to receive 14,000 Doge and never to be allowed to play at Sportsbet again.
You stated you were advised via email to wait two days. That means 20th March (tomorrow). I hope you post with an update after you receive your Doge.
Did you lie in other forums as well? I mean you blamed the site for closing your account while in reality you asked them yourself to close it. And all that with having funds in the account. Seriously, it's hilarious. You try to defame a reputable site with your made up nonsense story just because YOU made a mistake in the first place. Next time you self exclude somewhere withdraw your funds first, just as every sane person would do.

People like you amuse me. You can’t seem to understand that what I’m saying is that after closing my account, they stopped responding and didn’t pay out my money.
Now I have to wait two days for something. For what? Is it really that hard for them to process a withdrawal?
