I saw some topics where some gamblers complaind on how they were locked out of their accounts by the casino and they lost their funds because they could not gain access to the casino again. For cases that was not the gamblers fault, the casino treated the problem and unlocked the account of that gambler, while for those gamblers that was at fault by violating the rules and regulations of the casino, their accounts was never opened by the casino and the gamblers lost their money for ever to that casino. Still on the case, if the punishment of accounts blocking is the price that ignoramus and stubborn gamblers has to pay, what does the casino do with such money after then? Do they convert the money for themselves or they have an authority they pay such money to?
All depends on the casino itself that is why there is importance that we need to look their term of service before play, while some people just tick the box and play that including me aswell hahah. but if there is rules let say after you getting banned the casino will take all of your money and they will never return it then you can do-nothing about it.
Player should not violating the rules in the regulated casino because if they do yes you could lose your fund especially in the unregulated casino then it just fix you could ended up your money and the casino would not care or the police or other law because its unregulated
