If Osimhen gets an offer from the best Premier League club Manchester United, Arsenal or Chelsea at the same time, it will be difficult for him to choose any club. But I would say if all three clubs offer him at the same time then Arsenal would be the best choice for him if he can play there regularly. Arsenal are second place in the Premier League so if Osimon gets a chance to play for Arsenal he can prove himself there and if he can perform well for Arsenal I believe he will become a more expensive player in Europe later on. At a time when his career was supposed to be on the upswing, his career hit a bit of a snag, but from there again, there was a good chance to take his career to a better level.
I don't think Arsenal would be the best choice for Osimhen. Ultimately the decision will be up to Osimhen and the team that offers him the best contract. He can choose to move to any Premier League club he prefers. And I don't think Arsenal's performance alone will be the deciding factor in his choice of preference. Other factors such as salary, Champions League qualification, and managerial influence will likely play a significant role in his decision.
For now Arsenal has not shown their interest towards securing the signature of Victor Osimhen, even though they want to secure his signature the player will still decide where he will love to go since the last time he was talking about playing in the English Premier League but it was Chelsea that almost went for him just that they were not able to finalize the deal before he moved to Galatasaray on loan. If Victor Osimhen should consider going to any English Premier League team due to performance, right now I think Arsenal will definitely sign him but considering the amount involved and his weekly earnings I think it will be difficult for Arsenal to break banks to sign him with the amount Napoli is demanding for. If it's for champions league qualification Arsenal is also the favourite but I think the amount involved will be the most challenging thing that will stop Arsenal from signing him.
