They have not answered about it yet while it is why most important question but if I have to guess, seems that the 30% rakeback is used to cover all the pending VIP benefits.
I'm not sure how much is the rakeback for normal condition, but seems that 30% is an adjusted number because usually most casinos give less than that for new players.
Now the question is, if early players (before the full benefits active) have to miss those VIP benefits and replaced by 30% rakeback, is this 30% fair enough?
Initially, I was considering BetHog as a generous casino for the 30% rakeback rate. I was wrong there, now I realized that why they are showing generosity with higher rakeback amount. OP is ignoring the queries about their VIP program and this rakeback things. They need to make it clear for transparency. Perhaps, the rakeback rate won't be more than 10% when they will finalize the other VIP benefits. We can only judge the fairness of the current bonus system (30% rakeback) by comparing it with the finalized bonus system in the future.
