I believe it's the maintenance causing that because I can't even see the client in the menu on my end. Once the maintenance is over and the client is back online, then you should check again, and if the issue persists, you can either contact their support or the representative from here to have a look at the issue you are facing.

By the way, congratulations on getting that $30 for the wrong positioning.  Did you make the $100 that you were trying to withdraw with the same balance?
