I was at home today. I did abs and push-ups. First I got the push-ups out of the way and completed them to 100 reps, then I did abs.
I did about 500 reps of abs movements like Russian twist, jack knife sit-up, and regular sit-up.
That's cool buddy 500 times the abdominal movement requires a lot of energy especially after doing a push up challenge but you are able to that is a very good thing.
I'm doing the same thing as you although it's been about 1 month since I added abdominal exercises for sit ups after my challenge but I'm not able to do too much because for now I can only combine the challenge with abdominal exercises only for 1 set x 25 push ups plus 20 sit ups no more than that even though it's also a little torturous so sometimes I only do about 15 sit ups in 1 set.
But for the push up challenge I still don't waver now because it seems like my strength has increased a little after getting used to the challenge for about 4 months of doing it although there are still some days where I am tired and want to try to go without doing the challenge but I still try to keep doing it until now.
