Nigeria has a stronger squad, greater depth, and superior quality compared to Rwanda. Regardless of whether the match is played at home or away, Nigeria is expected to secure a victory. Given their talented players, international experience and overall squad strength, anything other than a win against rwanda would be surprising. The Super Eagles should be enough to overcome any challenges.
Nothing has changed in the Nigerian squad. The Super Eagles had these quality players when we were underperforming in this World Cup qualifiers. Nigeria is wallowing in the fifth position which is disgraceful. The only new thing is the new coach Eric Chelle. He has been busy this week receiving players and also putting together a strong squad. It looks like he is building a very cordial relationship with the players.
My neighbour said that he is a good coach and will surprise his critics. Nigerians are expecting to see the tactical acumen of Eric, and after these two games, we will evaluate the Super Eagles' performance to determine if he was indeed the right choice.
