Of course holding is less stressful compared to trading, although is just a matter of choice because actually there are people at their that is also make money in their trading but the truth still remains the same no two ways about because the chance of losing is always higher than the chance of getting profits from it, so however, I think is just depends on individuals decisions because everybody can not do the same thing at a time, but for me I think holding is more reliable than trading.

It's not about reliability but it's more about experience and knowledge, I would say. People who lack knowledge about the market and general experience in trading are better off only investing in Bitcoin and holding for the long term. On the other hand, those who understand the market very well and have trading knowledge can do short-term trading and it can be profitable for them because they know how to play with the market and when to open and close their trades.

Newbies usually lack the necessary knowledge that one needs for trading which is the reason why it's better for newbies to stick to investing. If you have a capital, invest it in Bitcoin at once if you are getting a good price or keep doing DCA and just hold for the future and sell when the price is higher than when you bought so that you can take profit and exit.
