Though the title race is still open for the three sides who have relentless being on it this season except that Napoli has to drop points with Atalanta too in their next two games that's when we might actually give the trophy to the defending champions Inter Milan but they have to continue winning their remaining games to maintain their 3 points lead on the top.

It could have affected the energy possessed by their players and could have made injuries that will fight their performance, this can really be an opportunity for Napoli.
With the strength of the respective teams, having just 3 points ahead of the next team behind you is not something to be termed heavy for an advantage. Because in agreement to what BitcoinHunt3r said about inter still playing in the champions league it could be very challenging for them handling both competitions while Napoli and Atalanta are out and only focused on the domestic league which gives time ample time to prepare with full squad ahead of any domestic game.
