I'd like to call this as the rise of Como. This is their first season at serie a, but they looked like have stayed for years at serie a. They rarely lost against the big club, and far away from the relegation zone. I really appreciate how Fabregas totally transformed this club.
He helped this club to go up from the lower league and finally reached serie, and stay for another season. His team is really underrated team now. I can't even imagine if Como's owner give him huge sum of money to buy the new players.
Como may be starting to cook next season.
Como have a serious owner and management and they have something that many football club owners, unfortunately, don't have: a clear project and, even most important, patience. Now everybody just says "we want to win everything", nobody says what the real project is and the truth is that often there is no project, no planning, they just improvise and hope things will go well. Just look at Manchester United, every year they change manager, players, etc, the only thing that never changes are the bad results.
