I think you are right. Vincent Kompany has shown that he can handle pressure of being manager of Bayern Munich. It is not fair to always compare him to managers who came before him because each person has their own way of doing things. What is most important is how well team does and Kompany has done good job helping Bayern Munich win games in their country and maybe even making it to Champions League final. It is very impressive especially since this is his first year as manager. He deserves respect for what he has done so far and it is exciting to see how he will keep learning and growing as manager.
