Still on the case, if the punishment of accounts blocking is the price that ignoramus and stubborn gamblers has to pay, what does the casino do with such money after then? Do they convert the money for themselves or they have an authority they pay such money to?
Surely I haven't been in such a situation but have heard about blocking if account but then I don't know outcome of what they do to such accounts, I think such money would be converted to the casino fund. What gives me the idea of saying such is that most times when people gamble and due to network glitch, casino may overpay you and later deduct it from your balance, so if they can deduct it then they have the right to convert your entire money to theirs if you go against the rules. And I don't think government have any law that permit casino to send them some amount of a ban account with money.
