I saw some topics where some gamblers complaind on how they were locked out of their accounts by the casino and they lost their funds because they could not gain access to the casino again. For cases that was not the gamblers fault, the casino treated the problem and unlocked the account of that gambler, while for those gamblers that was at fault by violating the rules and regulations of the casino, their accounts was never opened by the casino and the gamblers lost their money for ever to that casino. Still on the case, if the punishment of accounts blocking is the price that ignoramus and stubborn gamblers has to pay, what does the casino do with such money after then? Do they convert the money for themselves or they have an authority they pay such money to?

OP, can you show us any actual examples? Do you think that the casinos are always legit and trustworthy, when blocking accounts?
You are wrong about one thing. The money in the casino accounts don't belong to the gamblers. They belong to the casino. The saying "not your keys, not you coins", which is closely related to everything in the crypto world should be applied to the crypto gambling world as well.
If you don't have complete and unrestricted access to the funds in your casino account, this means that the funds aren't completely yours.
I know it sucks, but this is the sad truth.
