I like the quick reply you did for the gambler and the thread here. At this junction, it is necessary for PaPoc to go and edit his Scam Accusation Thread as resolved and lock the thread for not allowing unnecessary discussion there. And if this was solved when PaPoc chat up the the live support team or others in the different social media platforms, it wouldn't be to level. Sometimes casinos itself caused things to this level of making gamblers to create Scam Accusation Thread for their head when the needed answers are not given in the private chats.
