I previously played on Trustdice, but after a big win, they asked me to complete KYC. Then, claiming I had a duplicate account, they blocked my access and haven’t responded to my emails for a month.

However, when it comes to the situation as what you experienced (big win), most casinos may also ask you to complete KYC.
So do not expect that you will not be asked for KYC especially if the casino clearly mentioned in their terms that they reserve the right to ask KYC at anytime.
