But you know, it is a gradual process, as you just can't jump from being an ordinary forum member, straight to being a staff member without passing through a process. Because it is from being a forum moderator that one can finally be promoted into being a staff, where he/she may  stand the chance of having a share of the amount generated from ads revenue, which is still lucrative if you are to add that with the amount been generated from signature campaigns too. So it's equally a nice idea for those who may aspire to been one someday.
