I’ve often seen people win phenomenal sums through gambling, yet I’ve noticed that their behavior never changes, as if they play not just for the money but also to satisfy their gambling addiction I don’t say this to offend anyone, but I also hope there are examples of people who have changed their lifestyle after winning and turned to investment
As a gesture of good faith, I would appreciate it if you could share your experience and provide a valuable perspective on managing emotions!!!
Looking at this case categorically, we could all say that people gambles for diverse reasons, as there are people who gambles for self relief, those who gambles for fun and lastly the majority of people who gambles because of fund/capital/money. And as such, if an individual who happens to find his/herself in the midst of the first two categories happens to be lucky enough to win a jackpot (i.e those who gamble for self relief and fun), then the likelihood of he/she still gambling is always high even after winning a jackpot, simply because money wasn't his primary reason for gambling. Unlike if a person who did gamble for capital wins a jackpot, the likelihood of him stopping gambling is always high, simply because that was his/her primary aim. So that's how it works.
