don't expect the guy to come back, the guy is most likely just ranting since as he mentioned "for some weeks and cant make and wins", people like him are frustrated and venting and saying things that they can't back up.

Lolz. Gambling mindset. They don't think otherwise than winning and if it doesn't come, they are always frustrated and in that process there is transgression of anger. Sometimes it only one game cut the bet if it is sport betting and he was about to win so was happy and budgeted the funds but irony caught him down. In gambling, the way I understand it, winning is not always but losing is. And we win by luck. We should not blame the guy.
