If a gambler cannot accept the reality of losing he should quit gambling not being able to accept defeat creates addiction in the gambler. They believe that they will win the next game and continue to participate in the game even after losing several times. This can lead them to more problems for this reason it is very important to stop gambling and control themselves. A gambler should identify his limits and know when to stop which will help him get out of his addiction.
It's very easy to say but no body will listen to the advice, I have noticed that no matter how you try to talk to someone against their decision, they will not listen to you unless they have tasted the situation and encountered a very big challenge that will force them to automatically stop on their own. We have literally said this over and over again and no matter how may times it's being said, people will still do what's on their mind.
As the saying goes, experience is the best teacher and it is true, because usually someone will only be able to make changes when they have experienced and felt how bad the situation they are experiencing is, such as the slump experienced by gamblers who are trapped in a cycle of addiction, which I have also been in that terrible situation before, so it can be said that I am also one of the gamblers who changed to a better approach after I experienced the slump and not because of various suggestions given by others, in fact it would be very difficult to suggest anything to someone who has different beliefs, so the only effective way is to let them experience and feel it first.
