At least in the remaining matches of this season we will see what Fabregas can do even though what has been done is being able to record fantastic results against big teams in Serie A.
Next season if Como manages to finish in a good position in the standings, according to my analysis the management will support Cesc Fabregas with sufficient finances to smooth Cesc's desire to bring in the players he wants.
Finis ranked far better is the target that will be carried out by Fabregas because if it is successful then next season they can remodel the squad to be stronger and more solid. But it feels difficult if it is not supported by the quality of the players because even though they managed to record fantastic results when fighting a big team but a little problematic when facing a balanced team. That way the level of consistency is still a problem for foster children so this needs to be evaluated.
Como is in 13th place in the standings and it is not necessarily safe because if in the remaining match they do not play consistently it can actually affect the position of the standings. This is what Fabregas might need to overcome and they should not make mistakes that can bring them to finish in a much worse position.
Compared to other promoted teams this season, Como performed better than Parma and Venezia. So I am quite sure that Ces Fabregas' team will be able to survive in Serie A next season, because that is the main target of Como and the coach for this season.
Currently in 13th position with 29 points, while the difference with the team in the relegation zone is 7 points, with 9 matches remaining, I am sure they will not be relegated until the end of the season.
And moving on to another team, namely Monza, although in the previous 2 seasons Monza managed to finish in the middle of the standings, it seems that for this season there is no more hope for Monza to get out of the relegation zone, so it is likely that for the next season they will return to playing in Serie B.
