But to be honest, this season I personally seem to have forgotten that Barcelona is having the same financial problems as previous seasons. Maybe this has been distracted by how good Barcelona's performance is this season, which makes us forget that this team is actually struggling with their own club's financial problems which have not yet recovered properly. But it is quite impressive to see a team whose performance continues to improve even though the club's financial situation is not so good. And well, it's rare to be able to do it in conditions like that. And I am always impressed by the way this team continues to shop for players with great enthusiasm even though we know their financial condition.
That's the greatness of Barcelona in my opinion. Even though their financial condition is very bad and can be said to be a crisis, they are still able to give their best in maintaining their club's reputation in Europe. They may not be the best title contender in the last few seasons in Europe, but in La Liga and domestic competitions, I think Barcelona is still dangerous.
I don't remember any other team ever doing that when their finances were bad, but Barcelona did it. Xavi also won several titles when Barcelona's finances were bad, now it's Hansi Flick's turn to prove that finances shouldn't stop players from giving their best for their club.
