Unfortunately, Betkin Casino has failed to address my case, so as promised, I have opened a Scam Accusation (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5535501.0). Betkin changed its terms, applied them retroactively, lied about the changes, and confiscated over $5,000 of my funds. Please find the full story with evidence quoted below:

Thank you for your feedback. We have carefully reviewed your situation and would like to clarify a few points.

• The casino's bonus policy requires fulfilling certain conditions before withdrawing funds.  
• According to section 4.2.5 of our rules, any violations related to bet manipulation or game mechanics may result in the cancellation of bonus winnings.  
• Your account was checked, and at the time of processing the withdrawal, we detected actions that fall under this clause.  
• We requested the full game logs from the operator providing us with the BGaming provider.  
• After verifying that there were no manipulations with the bets affecting the RTP, and only bonus buys (which are allowed by our rules) took place, we have credited your funds back to your balance.

You just need to re-submit your withdrawal request.

I like the quick reply you did for the gambler and the thread here. At this junction, it is necessary for PaPoc to go and edit his Scam Accusation Thread as resolved and lock the thread for not allowing unnecessary discussion there. And if this was solved when PaPoc chat up the the live support team or others in the different social media platforms, it wouldn't be to this level. Sometimes casinos itself caused things to this level of making gamblers to create Scam Accusation Thread for their head when the needed answers are not given in the private chats.
If you read carefully, you will understand where Betkin said that they requested a full game log from their Bgaming provider. This must have taken a while for their providers to feedback to Betkin, and atleast Betkin has to study the data and get back to the customer. In as much as we urge the casino to be fast in their response process, the player or victim must also learn to exercise a bit of patience. It's vice versa, but the most important thing is that the matter is resolved. Congratulations
