Lastly, I tried looking into your terms and conditions so I could see for myself before registering so I do not make any mistake that could affect me in the long run with your casino but to my greatest surprise in the terms and conditions of service there was no regional restriction  as I see on the restriction list, I could not see minimum deposit and withdrawal and also I can see that your casino request for users data which is still kyc and this makes me ask you if this your terms and conditions is newly upgraded because it looks too old compared to the others I have seen of lately.

I am also equally surprised. Not even United States is restricted or North Korea. Those to countries appear on almost all online crypto gambling site restriction list.  Grin
I guess it might be worthy of signing up and checking out, though I have been able to get information about their License.

Right, we allow players from all over the world. No matter where you come from, you can play at StarBets. However, the game providers have some geo-restrictions and you may not be able to access some games from your region. We do not control that.

It's been a while we are around and I completed 0 KYC so far even though we reserve the rights to ask for a KYC if we found a user breached our TOS.

If you claimed your casino accommodates gambler's from every part of the world I hope you know that there are countries with restrictions on gambling and you allowing access these countries nationals means you violating their laws and do you not think it would backfire if the government comes after your casino? Not only that, if a gambler uses VPN to gamble and it is discovered by the game provider that does render services to that country, do you not think it would be an issue irrespective of the fact that you are open to all nations ?

I will suggest you visit your ToS and do a review on it as it kind of looks outdated.
