That means there are only 4 types of people who should stay away from Bitcoin. If it had to be the order of most must & least must, then it should be:
1. People who lack knowledge & understanding.
2. People who are in bad financial condition.
3. People who cannot afford the potential for loss.
4. People looking for short term profits.
in your list many people is a victim of all this, I know very well that cryptocurrency investment is all about understanding if you don't have the knowledge of cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin I will not advise you to invest in Bitcoin but if you have the knowledge of Bitcoin investment I will advise you to invest because you can manage a loss, so for me it is very clear but investment undergo two things, neither you profit for the investment or you lose for the investment so before you invest you have to make a proper research to know the kind of investment you are going to invest on neither the long-term or short-term investment and also there in mind that you may make a profit, during the investment.
