Como is one of the strangest team in the Italian Serie A. Strange in the sense that they seems to be stronger when they meet big teams than when they play their mates. In other words, they are the small team with the highest record of defeating team bigger than them, so I wouldn't want them to be relegated because they make the Italia Serie A interesting. In their current position, we may not say that they are completely safe because anything can happen as it is football. They just need to win at least four in their remaining matches to be completely safe.
Como's overall performance this season is quite good. I don't think this team will fall into the relegation zone. Como is 7 points ahead of Empoli who are in the relegation zone. The performance of the teams in the relegation zone is much weaker than Como, so I don't think Como will be in the relegation zone.
Como's biggest weakness this season is their defense. If COmo's coach was able to strengthen the team's defense, I think we would have seen this team in 6/7th position in the table in terms of points. Also, we have seen that COmo team is fighting hard against big teams. COmo's players are also very confident. Even if they can't win against big teams, they are able to fight hard.
And Como scores goals and that separates them from most of the teams that are in the relegation zone or close to it. They all have a weak defensive line, but scoring goals is the one ingredient that will probably save Como in Serie A.
