I am having a horrible experience on this platform. Now they have suspended my withdrawal and tip permissions as if I have done something wrong. Totally not acceptable. I have made the video to return the favour, but this kind of behaviour is an insult to my time, energy and intentions. First I had to deal with the chatbot who could not even understand my problem, and then after hours of waiting the customer support's response was pathetic too.
@icopress and @bc.poker please solve this issue ASAP.

As soon as the platform update issues are resolved, the prizes will be distributed correctly... I will immediately start discussing the launch of another freeroll on the terms that we all discussed here.
