Based on the image, it looks like a default phone browser with a reader mode icon on the right side of the URL box it also looks like IOS browser.

Anyway, you don't need any other browser if you are using chrome in your mobile you can just go to chrome flags and look for "#enable-force-dark" and enable it, or look for "#darken-websites-checkbox-in-theme-setting" This one has a button in the settings if you want to disable or enable the dark mode.
