They are parasites and scam projects on Bitcoin blockchain and people will realize their mistakes and stupidity by spending money to Ordinals, Runes tokens that are certainly useless. They will see facts about those useless tokens in next two years of bear market.
Stop talking and start using. Start accepting. Stop trying to participate and just do. Can you pay with BTC? Then do so. See a contest, pool, activity on this forum that accepts BTC? Join. See people on the marketplace selling services? Maybe collectibles? Support it. Got someone who owes you a meal's worth? Freelancing? Offer to take BTC instead, maybe at a discount (that'll pay for itself in a few years for you).
If you're bored, you're probably not doing enough.
With declines of Ordinals, Runes recent months, Bitcoin mempools are better, no longer congested and 1 to 2 satoshi/vbyte fee rates are back. It makes Bitcoin on chain transactions are cheaper in fees and there are solutions with Bitcoin Lightning Network and side chains as well.
