I have to judge it from the progress of a country. If a country is already considered advanced, perhaps the character of their education system is different from a country that lacks human resources.
For me, school and skills are both important and they are inseparable units. School is where we learn to gain skills according to the discipline of our choice.
all depends on the learning they do, and studying at school to find out knowledge about all things and make broader insights, and skills show a person's talent in a particular field that they have and at least to be able to produce both is very important, although school and skills there are many differences from it which of course I choose education to go through and will gain a lot of insight and knowledge that is obtained.
