I think that being a game owner is more profitable than being a casino owner.
A game owner has more users. He gets different types of users from different parts of the country. These users invest a large amount. This makes a game owner more profitable. Users have some doubts about the payment of games. Many game owners do not pay users. Due to this many new games cannot enter the market.
On the other hand, the casino owner does not have the opportunity to commit such fraud. The casino owner collects a certain amount of money as a toll at a certain rate from the games that the casino owner runs in his casino. In this, the more games are played in his casino, the more income he will have.
The casinos can also copy what the game owners are doing. They can decide not to feature a certain brand game and if this casino has enough reputation, surely other casinos will most likely follow what they are doing and also not feature that one company that makes the games. It is all about connection and reputation in business. It goes a long way.
So I would say, that if someone wants to do a risk-free business, it is better for him to do a casino business.
There is no such thing as a risk-free business. All businesses, no matter the industry, will always have risks. Risks are not inherently bad so long as you can control it and manage it and still make profit on top of all of it.
