I don't think any veteran forum members or even members with a full member rank account will fall for these scams. I can think of only some newbies who might stumble upon them after a Google search. Unfortunately, they don't know how the reputation system works here. If someone doesn't know whom to trust, they can easily get scammed. As for this user, it looks like a scam, but not sure what we could do to stop him. The moderators aren't going to delete his thread for sure.
