I know where OP's confusion comes from.
It's been a very long time since I last used binance, but I remember they two options for depositing/withdrawing real bitcoin. One was bitcoin and the other one was BTC(segwit) while we have only 1 bitcoin network.
To OP:
As stated above by bchannel, there is no such thing as segwit network. We have only one bitcoin network and you can send bitcoin from your electrum wallet to binance.
