Liverpool are currently in a bad situation after their defeat in UCL, they also lost in the Carabao Cup final against Newcastle so now only the Premier League is the only trophy that is possible for Liverpool to win this season so that makes their motivation much higher to maintain the opportunity especially now Liverpool are 12 points ahead of Arsenal so I think there is no significant pressure faced by Liverpool especially Arsenal's performance is very inconsistent now so of course there is nothing dangerous for Liverpool to win the Premier League title this season, I'm sure it will happen without any big surprises.
Failing in these two competitions has made Liverpool even more motivated to maintain their position at the top of the standings because now the EPL is their only hope at the end of the season. I never expected them to fail in the UCL and lose to Newcastle in the EFL Cup Final, but these kinds of things happen very often in football.
Arne Slot must use the failure in the two competitions as a lesson in order to win the only trophy left for them.
We will know how motivated Liverpool are after they play their next Premiership match because ideal situation is always different from reality. You may be expecting them to be highly motivated to focus on the league without knowing that they have been demoralized by the two consecutive losses that kicked them out of the two competitions which they were even the to win the cup. Such psychological condition can impact them negatively in the Premier League matches and make them lose or draw matches they were supposed to win. Anyways, it is my expectations that it does not get to this point for them so they don't put their chances of winning the Premiership on the line.
