it was requested in accordance to the terms of bonus that you activated:
I never activated any bonus, in fact, I offered to return the wrongly disbursed amount in my account.
I am seeing some money $30 in my bc.game wallet. I have not deposited this money. If it is something which happened by mistake please look into it. I am presuming this as there were lot of bugs in bc.poker, especially it counted final ranking wrongly at that moment. I also request other members to have a look into their wallet on bc.games. You should have made it clear that it was a no-deposit bonus and would require ID and residence proof in order to cash out. You did not because it was not a bonus that I activated or asked for, as nothing was showing in my rollover tab. I am not even mentioning the fact that I made a 3 hr video just to return the favor.
IMO it shows your attitude towards common players and I am not sure if I do not have my whole session on record or if I was not aware of this forum, things would have settled so easily, because customer support was absent for the whole time and I have yet to hear a response of my email which I sent.
Any way you have taken extreme steps without any suspicion. Meanwhile, you kept my account in deposit and play mode only. Any compulsive gambler would have lost the funds in frustration.

On the one hand you are promoting VPN usage but on the other hand, asking for address proof!!!
