I think you are confuse on using your Electrum wallet right because there's a 5 option to deposit in Binance it has Bitcoin, segwit, lightning, bep20 and erc20.
Since you choose to send to segwit, any on-chain transaction using Electrum should work.

When making a transaction, you just need to copy and paste the address from that image to your Electrum wallet or scan that QR and type the amount you want to send. A Bitcoin segwit or legacy wallet should work.
