There was a time when we all pray for Bitcoin to be accepted, to stop being attack by governments, and to reach new heights. Back then, we wanted:

1. Government to stop fighting Bitcoin: Today we have Bitcoin presidents (Bukele and Trump)
2. Bitcoin to be legalized: Today bitcoin is a legal tender in El Salvador.
3. Bitcoin to be recognize by institutions: Today, we have Bitcoin ETF and even USA is keeping Bitcoin reserve.
4. Bitcoin to reach new all time high → Now, Bitcoin have pass $100,000.

Everything we wished for is happening, yet many people still find reason to complain. Some say, “Bitcoin is too expensive now” or “Institutions are ruining it”. But was mass adoption not always the goal?

Are we just naturally never satisfied, or is there something else?

Well, human tendency is to never stop and keep expecting more so there's nothing wrong in it. Bitcoin undoubtedly meet all our expectations but there is still a lot that bitcoins can do. Bitcoins have not yet been fully monetised and there also are a number of countries where bitcoin is still not treated as a legal tender including my country which is "India". But yes, government has still implied 30% taxation on the gains neglecting the losses which means they want to monitor the transactions but also fear that most of the people will hide their earnings and be completely anonymous.

Personally, I'm still expecting bitcoins to be a legal tender including my country where I can just scan & pay bitcoins to any merchant for my day to day expenditures and be accepted legally across the country so we don't have to worry about legal issues.
