Whoever is the richest and has the military power rules the world. Which means they will have to fight for the leadership US and China, that's what it means.  The current leader has to fall before another can replace it. Kinda like the leader of a pack of wolves, it has to be challenged and the challenger shall win before it becomes the leader.

But then some geopolitical people analyzed it like there will be multipolar world though, the West will be rules by US and West will be rules by China. That's how they see it.
