I was one of the persons who was happy with the Raheem Sterling deal, a move at the last minute said to be a backup plan for Bukayo Saka which unfortunately hasn’t gone as expected. Raheem Sterling has obviously performed below expectations, there is a huge doubt that he will be signed at the end of the season. I think Arsenal will look at other options instead to strengthen their squad in the summer.
Raheem Sterling is not an option that Arsenal will want to keep beyond the summer. he couldn't even play well for Chelsea with a lot of armature players and has yet to make an impact since he joined Arsenal. from the look of things, he might just be approaching the end of his active football career if things continue this way because not a good coach in his right sense of reasoning will want to work with him considering how he has shown to be a lazy footballer that has almost lost the drive to play well. With Bukayo Saka's injury, he normally would have been a better replacement but we can all see that he is still found wanting in that regard. if he returns back to Chelsea, he will struggle to get a place back because the club has already worked on playing without him. the option will just be to look for a solution to his exit from the club which likely will mean that he is not just exiting both Chelsea and Arsenal, he might invariably be taken out of the premier league.

Most Arsenal fans won't love to hear this but one of their biggest transfer mistake this sþeason was signing Raheem Sterling and that's a fact cause he's suppose to be the backup signing for Bukoya Saka but have ended up being a liability for the club and warning their bench, as Saka is injured currently it's supposed to be his big opportunity to fully make his way into the club but I doubt if they'll sign him on a full scale by summer, I believe he'll be sent back to Chelsea since he's not created any huge impact at Arsenal this season.

The days of Sterling in England football are over and any team that's signing him would be gambling with their squad depth except they have enough money to spare for the wages of a player that would be on the bench mostly, sadly he'll return back to Chelsea and I hope he ends up being sold completely instead another loan during the summer, hopefully a Midtable English team would come for him during the Sumner transfer.
