First, I would like to ask, could this be a reflection of a failing educational system? My second question is that if you happen to be the employer here, which will you consider more, school or skills?
I have to judge it from the progress of a country. If a country is already considered advanced, perhaps the character of their education system is different from a country that lacks human resources.
For me, school and skills are both important and they are inseparable units. School is where we learn to gain skills according to the discipline of our choice.
School and skill is not same, theirs a different between skill acquisition and a professional courses in university or college, the thing is very audible to someone who don't hear and visible to someone who lost it sight, so the difference is that someone who undergoes School training and someone who acquired skill, they will functions in different ways indencies that educational person learnt through theoretical aspects of studies why skill acquisition person learnt through practical, and someone who did practical almost be the field workers and someone who did theory always be the administrators.
one of the reason why school is different from school is because most school they are more focused in the theoretical aspect of learning, that iks why most graduate of engineering and technology they cant really perform what there profession is about, like to prove it by showing the main skill that has to do with there area of profession but some one who just undergo a training to get the skill understand it better and prove it more than most people who pass through school. school would have been the best if they are being focus on learning and practical training but they prefer learning which is the theoretical aspect.
