Really don't understand what you mean by Chelsea has a good chance of winning the league this season because from what I see they have been nothing but absolutely terrible and have continued to show that although they had some kind of good spell but that too was over with the twinkle of an eye and when it comes to Manchester united then it's totally a different case because they poor performance had been nothing but sorrow all through but looking at their current stats and state now I think united are in a better position.
Nothing is impossible, Chelsea can put up a good performance, while Liverpool and others begin to lose points. But from their present display I don't see Chelsea winning the English Premier League. They have been inconsistent and showed less drive to compete for this trophy. I see them finishing in top four and nothing more except something changes. As for Manchester United, they should just ensure they don't go on relegation and start preparing for next season.
I think it's almost impossible, Chelsea's performance is very inconsistent now, even to finish in the top 4 Chelsea is still not certain, let alone winning the Premier League title this season, of course that's impossible in my opinion.
The competition for the Premier League title this season will not be fierce anymore, everything seems to be over because Liverpool is quite comfortable at the top of the standings with a 12-point advantage, especially after they were eliminated from the FA Cup, Carabao Cup and also the Champion League, making Liverpool only possible to win the Premier League title so they will do everything to be able to maintain their current advantage.
