Interesting to know that Chelsea hasn't lost any match in the Conference League, they won all and i wonder why you said Chelsea is not consistent when they haven't lost or drawn any game in the conference league unless you are making reference to the Premier League where i can agree they are inconsistent over there.
Chelsea are playing a nice football overall this season and even if they've lost some games in the premier league, they’re still a team to reckon on as they’re currently maintaining a very good position on the league table now. Their dominance in the conference league cannot be overemphasized, they’ve really dominate it as they should as they look more superior than any other team playing there now. And so far I’ve not seen them been matched up with an opponent that will give them a tough time to reach the finals of the competition.
Looking at the next opponent of Chelsea in the quarter finals of the Conference League Legia Warszawa, they are a smaller club compared to Chelsea which means they will win them easily, so the Conference League teams has been fairly mediocre teams that is why Chelsea reached this far without any major challenged. Apart from Fiorentina and Real Betis i don't see any team that can challenge Chelsea so there are possibilities of Chelsea winning the Conference League.
Fiorentina and Real Betis happens to be the two teams that may be challenging to Chelsea to beat but seeing their team’s performance in their own leagues I feel they will not get a chance against Chelsea even when they meet in the conference league. If they meet in the finals of the competition with any of this teams is when they may be too prudent for Chelsea to win, but as it stands now, Chelsea is the best team to win the conference league this season ahead of any other team.
