If you invest in the DCA method, you will have the opportunity to buy bitcoins at the average price.
No body knows when the price of Bitcoin will rise and fall even the so called traders you mentioned don't even know what they do is that they wait and monitor the price when it will fall and when it dip they start accumulating and when it starts rising they sell off that's what traders does they don't really know when the price of bitcoin will rise and fall.
