This morning I was not able to complete the standard of the push up today, when I wake up my body was not sound but I was able to push up to 70 this morning,But in conclusion I was able to complete it this evening by 42 push up that is 100 and above I have completed today push up.
I noticed that you don't really get what's happening here you are suppose to give out your push up report so it can recorded in the table in other to continuingly record your push up activities you have done some quiet number of push up but no record of it since you are not giving your push up report cheek the below the format on how you can give your push up report.
